From the moment I arrived, the friendly and supportive staff, notably Deputy General Manager Mr Salem and Receptionist Mishell, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction—a truly remarkable experience that will stay with me for a lifetime. the comfortable rooms with sea views provided a perfect retreat, complemented by the firm and cozy beds that guaranteed a restful night's sleep. the attention to detail regarding guest comfort was evident in every aspect, such as the provision of plug adaptors and ironing facilities, ensuring a seamless experience. the air conditioning maintained a perfect temperature, creating a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. the presence of tea and coffee facilities in the room added a homely touch, allowing for a refreshing break at any time of the day. the combination of these thoughtful amenities and the exceptional service of the staff truly made our stay unforgettable, setting a new standard of excellence in hospitality.
