From the moment I arrived, the friendly and supportive staff, notably Deputy General Manager Mr Salem and Receptionist Mishell, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction-a truly remarkable experience that will stay with me for a lifetime. the comfortable rooms with sea views provided a perfect retreat, complemented by the firm and cozy beds that guaranteed a restful night's sleep. the attention to detail regarding guest comfort was evident in every aspect, such as the provision of plug adaptors and ironing facilities, ensuring a seamless experience. the air conditioning maintained a perfect temperature, creating a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. the presence of tea and coffee facilities in the room added a homely touch, allowing for a refreshing break at any time of the day. the combination of these thoughtful amenities and the exceptional service of the staff truly made our stay unforgettable, setting a new standard of excellence in hospitality.
